Identification

While we would like to preserve our identities until we can legally register our project (team members become a separate entity from the project), we do understand the importance of getting doxxed. Thus, once we have built up our treasury, we will do a KYC with "rugdoc.io" and "AssureDefi".

Smart Contract Audits

Security should be, first and foremost, the foundation of any protocol. If it can be coded to be trustless, that would be better, but if not, external audits must be done to gain trust and protect both the investors and the ecosystem itself. To do so, we will be hiring a credible smart contract auditor in the future. We are targeting both "Solid Group" and "Certik Audit", once we have built up our treasury.

Financial Audits

Since we are running on the blockchain, everything is verifiable and traceable as long as we know who's wallet address is who's. We will be hiring a vetoed member (to be paid appropriately), to track all transactions and verify all our financial statements.

Governing Body Checks & Balances

We will randomly choose from a pool of trusted members from our community (capable and willing) monthly to do financial and transaction checks on all wallets associated with the project. His/her job is to make sure that nothing criminal or unsanctioned is happening. Basically, to keep us straight. Of course, this member will be compensated for his efforts.
